I’m a Texas girl visiting Nashville & was SO excited to find this place where they served BOTH Texas kolaches & breakfast tacos! I was told the owner lived in Texas for many years. The sausage & cheese kolache was yummy & the dough had a nice sweetness to it. I also enjoyed the cream cheese kolache. The breakfast taco was decent but pricey at $5. My caramel vanilla latte was delish. Service was friendly & place is super cute! It was also nostalgic to see all the bumper stickers from Texas.
If you like yeast breads and quality food - then this place is for you! Hard to beat their Tex-Czech Kolaches - jalapeño, sausage and cheese is great. Blueberry muffins - delicious. Not a ton of seating outside…but grab and eat in the car is so worth it.
LOCATION 🏡🏭🏚🛖 - Very small. No indoor seating, 3 tables with 4 chairs each for outdoor seating. Two of those tables have umbrellas ⛱
YUM! Never had kolaches before, but let me tell you, I’m a fan now! They are some of the tastiest desserts I’ve had. The bread around the fruit center is not sweet, but paired with that center deliciousness, it is exactly what you want in a pastry. I tried the cinnamon apple and blueberry ones (mainly because they were the only 2 they had left), and I will definitely be a regular customer here from now on.
Oh My Word! Who doesn't like sweet bread stuffed with something salty. Sausage & Havarti was just right. Of course we had to grab a sweet cream cheese, cherry and apple cinnamon.
If you love kolaches, this may be the best you'll ever have. Located in the east part of Nashville, they bake all different kinds of kolaches every morning they are open. The jalapeno and cheddar kolache was great, but the sweet cream cheese one was OUT OF THIS WORLD! They warm it up for you and wow- the taste, the texture. It was SO GOOD! I savored every bite and that thing was big too!
Went in for a cheese and sausage kolache and blueberry kolache. Both were quite tasty. Service was great and it's a nice little place. I would go again.

Yeast Nashville is a hidden gem! It’s a Czech-style bakery and café that specializes in kolaches, and they do them right. I tried the jalapeño sausage and cheese kolache savory, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. I also had the Sweet Cream Cheese Kolache, which was rich, slightly tangy, and absolutely delicious.
Sara is the sweetest! My wife and I used to order large quantities of kolaches for an event that we put on here in Nashville, and everything was always top notch! Stopped by this weekend while visiting in town and the jalapeño kolsche hit as always! Must try when visiting!
